Well, I meant to publish this post yesterday, but my computer got sick. I had tried writing it on an old laptop, but 600 words later, somehow I deleted the whole thing. Apparently it was too wordy anyway.
So that was the end of my first year blogging, even though I started at the end of the summer. I have had my challenges; see latest one above. I was excited to see in my year end report, that I had reached 51 countries. I sure don’t do that with my nursing. So here they are, the best of 2015!
Top Ten Posts of 2015
Most of readers were familiar with nettle. Many had it growing on their property. One shared she had used it as a healing remedy.
Few viewers were aware of the health benefits of this amazing herb. It was exciting to find out they were willing to try this recipe! I hope they like it.
Many commenters were curious about this process and had no idea what went into it. One noted she had much smaller acorns, which was surprising to me. This process was new to me too, and I am not an oak or acorn expert.
Readers crossed their fingers and hoped they would never need this recipe. Some didn’t have eucalyptus trees growing wild in their vicinity. And others thought it would have a strong taste!
Most viewers were familiar with a form of this. And some were already using it on a regular basis. They use it for relaxation and its healing benefits.
For most commenters, this was kind of vague knowledge, like in the Christmas story. Few had it in their homes. And they didn’t know what it was useful for in this day and age.
While this post made the top ten, readers were not sure what to do with it. One had used frankincense for burning, She seemed brave enough to try it in a new way.
Reader comments varied on this one. Some were familiar with stevia, while others were not. The knowledgeable ones had researched it and were aware of potential risks with different types.
Viewers for the most part had not tried tarragon. They were excited about its benefits. One had planted it for decoration.
This post had some interesting responses. It seemed no one had baked with lemon balm before. However, some grew it.
I found it really interesting how popular the holiday posts were. I will have to keep that in mind. And that sums up the top ten posts from 2015.
