Her blood pressure was up again. This was becoming a regular occurrence. Her daughter was bugging her about going to the doctor. But she just couldn’t bring herself to. Not yet. She knew that medicine was constantly changing. Before she had always looked to nature for her natural remedies. Because nature never goes out of style. She was to soon learn how plantain benefits blood pressure.
High blood pressure, otherwise known as hypertension, is often called the silent killer. You can’t see what its effects are, because they are all on the inside. Left untreated, some serious complications can arise. These can include stroke, kidney damage, vision loss, erectile dysfunction, memory loss, fluid build-up in lungs, angina, and peripheral artery disease. Why go down that road when plantain is so readily available?
Plantain is an amazing plant that seems to be at the right place at the right time. It grows as a weed wherever its needed. And if you ask me, its needed for blood pressure almost everywhere.
- Decreases inflammation
- Lowers blood pressure
- Reduces cholesterol
- Alleviates toothaches
- Treats insect bites
- Fights cancer
- Eases respiratory ailments
My Final Thoughts…
This is definitely an herb I was not very familiar with. And I had no idea of its incredible benefits. And they are all just free for the taking. Everywhere… It just doesn’t get any easier. No insurance approval needed.
Many people suffer from inflammation. It may have resulted from a new injury or an old one. I have an old sprained ankle injury that flares up every so often. Some people say they let that old knee knee injury tell them of an upcoming weather change. Or the inflammation can be from a chronic disease. The good news is nature never goes out of style!
What have you used plantain for? Let me know in the comments.
